How long does shipping take?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and select international destinations. Import duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my package. What do I do?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?

Email us at clarevausa@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you instructions — please don't send items back before receiving authorization.

Why can't I return an opened skincare product?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on skincare items that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal, in line with standard health and beauty industry practice.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may take additional time to post it.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

We don't process direct exchanges. Return your original item for a refund, then place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Some formulas (particularly those with active ingredients) benefit from refrigeration — check individual product labels for specific storage guidance.

What's the shelf life of your products once opened?

Most skincare products are best used within 6–12 months of opening. Look for the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on your product packaging for exact guidance.

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply lets you track orders and check out faster in future.
